Duties

  • Responsible for the care and upkeep of all church property.

  • Supervises the maintenance of all church property.

  • Responsible for the custodians and custodial supplies.

  • Examines all insurance policies yearly to determine the amount and type. Reports on the insurance to council.

  • Maintains a yearly inventory of all church property and for making sure that a copy of the inventory list is safely secured.

  • Recruits volunteers to mow the lawn and remove snow from the sidewalks.
