Adopt a Family Project

        Peace Lutheran Church sponsers low income families each Christmas season to help provide them with needed supplies. Each family is assigned a number and that number is put on the tag with the needed supplies. The tags are then hung on a small Christmas tree that is called the Angel Tree. Those in the church that would like to provide help to a family take one or two of the tags that are on the Angel Tree and buy the supplies that are listed on that tag. The supplies that are bought are then packaged or wrapped with the tag attached to the corresponding supplies. The packages of supplies are then brought back to the church before a designated day and placed under the tree for the families to come pick up. The families then have a gift to have on Christmas.
