Martin Luther Quote

"...the ministry requires a hunger and thirst for righteousness...despising everything that hinders this end. If you cannot make the world completely pious, then do what you can. It is enough that you have done your duty and have helped a few, even if there be only one or two. If others will not follow, then in God's name let them go." - Martin Luther

New Member Orientation

If you're interested in becoming a member at Peace, the next 4 session orientation preceding your reception will start in the Spring with new members being recieved on Sunday after the last class. The orientation sessions will introduce you to all the programs and ministries at Peace as well as promoting fellowship among the group members and people within the congregation. The Peace Council believes that by making the orientation sessions an important part of the membership process, new members will become more quickly and effectively acclimated to life within our church family. The sessions will be held in the conference room from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. At the conclusion of these sessions, it is our hope that the participants will fee comfortable and/or certain about their desire for membership at Peace, but if not, there is no pressure or obligation to go forward with the process. The format is very informal and attendees are encouraged to attend as regularly as possible for the sake of continuity and to gain the maximum benefit for themselves.

If you have questions, would like more information, or are interested in becoming a member at Peace, please contact the church office at (641)628-2835.
