New Member Orientation

        If you're interested in becoming a member at Peace, the next 6 session orientation preceding your reception will be held from April 15th to May 13th with new members being recieved on Sunday, May 20th. The orientation sessions will introduce you to all the programs at Peace and the leaders of our various ministries as well as promoting fellowship among the group members and people within the congregation. The Peace Council believes that by making the orientation sessions an important part of the membership process, new members will become more quickly and effectively acclimated to life within our church family. The sessions will be held in the conference room from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. At the conclusion of these sessions, it is our hope that the participants will fee comfortable and/or certain about their desire for membership at Peace, but if not, there is no pressure or obligation to go forward with the process. The format is very informal and attendees are encouraged to atted as regularly as possible for the sake of continuity and to gain the maximum benefit for themselves.
