Share & Share Sunday

The RST and Building Committees would like to invite everyone to attend a special event on Sunday, February 12th.

11:45 am Share in a Potluck Lunch
Right after second service we invite you to share a potluck lunch with the builder and architect we will be working with.
Steve Ferguson Principal in Charge, Breiholz Construction
Paul Jeffrey, AIA Architectural Design, Bahr Vermeer Haecker
1:15 – 3:15 pm Share in the process

We invite everyone to share his or her ideas and participate in a preliminary design workshop. Paul Jeffrey will lead us through a process to gather ideas for our new worship facility, and your ideas are needed and welcomed.

The workshop will build on the information we gathered during the Spatial Impact meetings last year. The focus will be on the building itself and the space we need to meet our growing mission. This is a great chance to express your ideas and help shape the new building.

To make it easy to attend we will be arranging some childcare for the workshop. And if you are not able to attend, please feel free to write down you ideas and give to an RST or Building Team member so it can be included with all the others.

In March, we will follow up this workshop with committee meetings and another workshop. Those will help refine the ideas you give Paul into a preliminary floor plan that will be used for the initial design and cost estimates.

So plan ahead and come share the afternoon with us in what promises to be a fun and exciting event!
